Part-time Escape Room Facilitator

Our facilitators (also known as game masters) work together to ensure that our customers enjoy a great escape room experience. This includes providing friendly customer service, preparing games thoroughly, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
**Part-Time Availability**
- This consists of a minimum of 1 shift on the weekend, plus being on-call for additional shifts on different days (weekends and/or weekdays).
- The number of shifts can vary from week to week depending on customer bookings.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and upbeat manner.
- Monitor game play and provide hints.
- Debrief customers following game play and take group photos.
- Reset rooms in an efficient and timely manner.
- Assist customers with bookings, take payments, answer phone calls, and other front desk duties.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner
- Ability to command attention in a crowd of people
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently
- Punctual and reliable
- Detail-oriented to reset rooms thoroughly and consistently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $16.80 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekends as needed
