**Job description**

We’re looking for a diligent service industry worker who is ready to continue their learning in the workplace and is willing to contribute their strengths to our establishment and to the customers. Your role is to meet customers' needs and serve them with a smile even under pressure.

We expect you to dress and groom appropriately, present yourself in an appropriate manner.

Some examples are:

- prepare for the day of service beforehand.
- maintain a clean work area and stock any ingredients and tools such as sodas, sauces, and utensils, and napkins.
- efficient use of the POS system to take orders.
- develop strong work ethics, as well as learn to work efficiently.
- being able to exchange pleasantaries easily and delightfully is considered a big asset.

PREFERRED experiences/knowledge:

- At least 2 years of working with customers.
- Some experience working in the kitchen/restaurant environment.
- Adequate amount of knowledge in liquor, wines and beers.
- Adequate knowledge in seafood, Japanese food and terminology.

Part-time hours: 45 per week

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
