**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and treatment efficacy.
- Educate patients and their families about pain management strategies and home care practices.
- Stay updated on best practices in patient care and pain management techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a medical office, hospital, or home care setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pain management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic or Cerner.
- Excellent data collection skills for monitoring patient progress and outcomes.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
