FLUID Medi Spa & Wellness are looking to hire an exceptional Clinic Coordinator to join our existing team in our Medi-Spa
- Handling of a multi-line telephone system
- Cash handling
- Product shipment & receiving
- Scheduling (experience with a booking software is preferred, but not required)
- POS systems, invoicing, CRM systems
- Handling and resolving any customer queries in professional manner
- Effective communication with team members to ensure smooth running of the Clinic
- Guiding clients to appropriate areas
- Checking in all clients
- Maintaining client notes, files & purchase histories
- Social Media posting

We are looking for a great new addition to our team. This is a long term position, within a larger umbrella company, with some major room to grow

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
