Primary Objective: To ensure that all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment are running and maintained in excellent working condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance function, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
- Troubleshoot and repair injection-molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Responsible for air compressors and chillers.
- Working closely with Managers, Floor Supervisors, Process Technicians and Quality.
- Good housekeeping
- Keep accurate records
- Follows all safety procedures
- Maintains positive and helpful work attitude

**Core Skills**:

- 3 -5 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience in a plastic injection molding environment
- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in a technical field preferably millwright or maintenance
- Strong mechanical and Electrical expertise
- Experience in repairs of auxiliary equipment - grinders, conveyors, thermolators
- Must be able to trouble-shoot and problem solve
- Ability to lift to 50lbs as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and be able to multitask
- Attention to details
- Strong computer skills MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of English oral and written
- Must be able to work on off shifts at times
- Perform other jobs or tasks as needed or required.
