We are currently looking to fill a permanent, full-time Warehouse Manager position, who will report directly to the CEO.

**Position Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Plans, organizes, and implements work methods that ensure the efficient, timely and accurate receipt and appropriate organization of all inbound materials, accurate pick of sales orders, and accurate consolidation of receiving/packing/routing/shipping of goods
- Ensures an efficient flow of materials (i.e. inbound, outbound) in the warehouse depending on variables such as staffing and/or work volumes
- Communicates with the Sales Representatives, Purchasing, and Customers on order information, shipments, status, changes required, rush orders, and receipt requirements
- Communicates with shipping partners and vendors on a variety of issues
- Develop and implement strategies and plans that maximize efficiency and organization
- Maintain standards of health and safety
- Ensure data and inventory accuracy in the computer system
- Ensures accuracy of inventory (i.e., maintains integrity between physical and system inventory, cycle counting, location changes, etc.)
- Monitor product quality standards
- Plan and execute a production schedule for three machines, reviewing and adjusting as needed
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Order warehouse supplies and packing materials as needed (e.g., pallets, shrink wrap)

**Education and Experience**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF Certification is an asset
- Forklift license required
- 100% fluent in English, both oral and written

**Technical Skills**
- Basic computer skills - will use MS Office daily to communicate internally and externally
- Standing/Walking/Bending and Lifting (up to 80 lbs) when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
