HIRING'""" HIRING""""" HIRING""""" HIRING **Job Summary** **Team Member Responsibilities**: - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and positive experience for all guests. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-store and at the drive-thru. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. - Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and ensuring food quality standards. - Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the POS system. - Support fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. - Adhere to food safety standards and company policies at all times. **Cook Responsibilities**: - Prepare and cook food items according to Mary Brown’s recipes and quality standards. - Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of all food to meet food safety regulations. - Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and effectively. - Monitor inventory levels, ensuring all ingredients are stocked and fresh. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following proper sanitation procedures. - Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation during peak hours. - Assist with menu planning and suggest improvements to enhance the kitchen's workflow. **Experience** - Previous experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. - Knowledge of food handling techniques and safety protocols is essential. - Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: - Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Food industry: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
