**Stingray Radio - OTTAWA, ONTARIO**

**PROMOTIONS CORDINATOR**

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain promotional prizes and oversee the winner fulfillment process
- Drafting winner releases, contest rules & regulations
- Oversee the hiring, coaching and supervision of brand ambassadors
- Assist in maintaining station websites and social media as required
- Creating images and videos for websites and social media as required
- Oversee sales remotes from coordination and execution to post-remote wrap report
- On-site activations (i.e., concerts, trade shows, live broadcasts, community events)
- Creating wrap up reports for station events, promotions and campaigns
- Maintain station signage, equipment, supplies, vehicles and related documentation
- Attend station and client events as needed
- Administrative support and reception coverage
- Editing episodes of the Morning HOT Tub Podcast
- Other duties as assigned by Promotions Manager and Program Directors

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Previous Street Team or radio experience would be considered an asset
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Audition/Photoshop
- Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude and passion to win
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and inspire our brand ambassadors
- Recognize that radio is a 24/7 medium and this is not a traditional 9-5 Mon-Fri position
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver’s license
