We are looking for an ambitious
**Junior Overnight Networking Consultant** for our Integrated Global Services Team to be based out of our
**Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto **branch who thrives on service delivery Working as part of a team, you will provide overnight support for our clients’ network systems environments.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Participate in operational escalations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
- Contribute to implementations of network and system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
- Gather data pertaining to customer needs and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate the system and network requirements
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations in client environments, and determine hardware or software requirements

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of network experience including working with the following:

- **Routers and Switches (DRP and L2)
- **Firewalls
- **Wireless
- 1-2 years of experience working with Windows Server and/or Linux OS
- Ability to deliver concise, accurate technical documentation and diagrams
- A structured approach to troubleshooting
- Exposure to and understanding of network or server automation techniques and technologies
