Responsibilities Assist the Head Cook in food preparation and cooking,

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

Ensure quality and consistency in all meals served Follow health and safety guidelines

Support the team in managing kitchen operations during peak hours

Collaborate with other staff to enhance the dining experience

Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good communication skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Passion for food and customer service

**Summary**

As a Second Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
