**What You’ll Do**
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role on our office team, working alongside our Dispatch & Projects Lead to keep the day running smoothly.
- Deliver that extra WOW, making every customer feel special and cared for.
- Support our Dispatch & Projects Lead by coordinating schedules and assisting with dispatching.
- Keep clients updated and technicians supported with clear, upbeat communication.
- Process invoices and payments with professionalism and care.
- Provide light office support under our Office Manager, including filing, ordering supplies, organizing mail, and keeping our space cheerful and welcoming.
- Offer backup support when other office team members are on vacation.
- Serve as our Culture Ambassador, celebrating birthdays, planning events, and keeping the team connected and energized.

**What You Bring**
- Two to five years of customer service or administrative experience (bonus if you have worked in trades or dispatch)
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A cheerful, dependable, and proactive approach to teamwork
- Experience in trades or dispatch is helpful, but we will train the right person with the right attitude
- A genuine desire to make an impact, not just check a box
