As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in managing daily operations for our construction and property management companies. Your responsibilities will include handling communications, scheduling, social media updates, basic bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.
- For the Shed Company:_
- Answer incoming phone calls for new bookings
- Schedule new bookings using our scheduling software
- Update and maintain social media accounts
- Assist with website edits as needed
- Order materials for projects
- Handle payroll and light bookkeeping
- Reconcile credit card statements
- For the Property Management Company:_
- Assist with lease administration and paperwork
- Record rent payments as they come in
- Contact maintenance personnel when needed
- Update social media accounts
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, social media platforms, and basic bookkeeping software
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
