**DESCRIPTION**

The IT Business Analyst will work closely with the current DMS (document management systems) utilized by the company, including Next and M-Files. They will focus on data collection and organization while also implementing process improvements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Advance and promote existing solutions for document management systems (Next, M-Files), processes, and process-oriented workflows
- Record specialist requirements and develop modern and global concepts for the DMS and the associated business processes
- Independently process, coordinate, implement and document business requirements
- Identify optimization potential and take appropriate measures to implement
- Working closely with the interface departments to realize business requirements

**COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Systems, or comparable work experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of DMS preferred
- Knowledge in the design of workflows in the BPMN 2.0 standard
- Good knowledge of M365-services, VBA, SQL and database connections
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
- Enthusiasm for new, innovative technologies in combination with social skills, ability to work in a team and independent working style

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $81,000.00-$101,000.00 per year
