**Job description**

FS PARTNERS is a retail division of GROWMARK, Inc. serving local producers from 16 branch locations across central and southern Ontario. We provide leading-edge agronomy, energy and grain products & services delivered by a skilled team of professionals.

**FS PARTNERS is currently recruiting a full-time, permanent** **Professional Applicator in Elmvale, Ontario.**

**Key Job Functions**:

- Operates heavy equipment (ie. spray applicator), plant equipment, and machinery (ie. bobcat, forklift) in a safe and effective manner.
- Performs and records daily safety checks of assigned vehicle(s) and associated equipment by conducting pre-trip inspections.
- Completes necessary paperwork; logbook, a record of cargo, and other assigned record-keeping duties.
- Ensures deliveries and pickups are made in a timely manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Must possess a valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract; experience is not a requirement.
- Must either possess a Pesticide License or be able to obtain it.
- Demonstrate basic computer and math skills.
- Demonstrate ability to read maps, and work orders, and follow specific delivery directions and instructions.
- May be required to work extended hours.
- Indoor/Outdoor working conditions with some lifting and climbing requirements.
- Farm or agricultural background is an asset but not a requirement.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- agricultural: 1 year (preferred)
- professional applicator: 1 year (preferred)
