**What you’ll do**:
The Meat Clerk is responsible for delivering world-class customer service; wrapping, packaging and pricing cuts of meat, poultry and seafood; merchandising and displaying packaged meat; making hamburger patties and ground beef; and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

The Meat Clerk will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

Guaranteed 24+ hours per week.

Daytime shifts.

Position eligible for health benefits.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a job in Customer Service and:

- Are committed to service excellence and are a team player
- Enjoy working in a diligent manner with attention to detail
- Are able to stand for extended periods of time
- Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and willing to work in a cool, damp environment
- Have strong interpersonal skills and possess a friendly disposition
- Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Are willing to work with and touch all types of fresh meat including beef, chicken, pork, sausage, lamb etc
- Are available for part-time work, including working a rotation of Saturdays and some evening shifts.
