Barber/hairstylist

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional women's hair cutting, coloring and styling.
- Communicate effectively with clients understand their needs and preferences
- Perform various hair styling techniques with precision and creativity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitate tools and work areas
- Offer hair products and upsell services to clients
- Manage front desk duties when needed

Qualifications:

- Must have valid hairstyling license in Ontario
- Proven experience as a hairstylist with proficiency in hair cutting and styling for mens/womens
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to understand client preferences and provide recommendations
- Knowledge of retail sales practices for promoting products
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in upselling services to enhance the client experience

Pay: Up to $3,800.00 per month
