The Marketing and Business Development Associate is an entry-level position. Associates are responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with Manitoba's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). They act as an essential conduit between IntegrateIT and the SMEs. Associates review and identify business needs and recommend entry-level options that help businesses optimize their micro-grant funding in support of digital marketing and eCommerce adoption.

**Job Duties**:
***

**Using the systems, tools and established protocols developed by IntegrateIT, Associates are responsible for the following duties**:
***
- Review case files to gain an understanding of the business's goals and objectives related to digital marketing, eCommerce and other digital adoption activities
- Meet and consult with the business to discuss the project objectives
- Conduct a SWOT analysis to understand the business's current state and future opportunities
- Research and understand the industry, target audience as well as current market trends
- Gain and leverage understanding of digital marketing, social media and eCommerce products
- Formulate and present recommended options to businesses and obtain feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and deliver on specific projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams and businesses
