**About Us**:
Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market is one of the GTA’s largest indoor flea markets, offering a vibrant mix of vendors, services, and events. We are looking for a creative, passionate, and organized Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us showcase the energy of our market to the world.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Specialist who will manage our digital presence across platforms. You’ll work onsite **one day per weekend** to film live content and spend the rest of the week editing, posting, scheduling, and managing engagement remotely. Your goal will be to grow our audience, drive foot traffic to the market, and enhance our brand presence online.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend the flea market **one day per weekend** (Saturday _or_ Sunday) to capture video, reels, photos, and stories.
- Develop and implement a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Edit, upload, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts through organic and paid strategies.
- Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with local influencers.
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Track analytics, provide reports, and suggest improvements to boost engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with management to promote events, vendor spotlights, and special offers.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (experience with Meta Business Suite is a plus).
- Skilled in basic photography and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Comfortable filming and interviewing vendors and customers onsite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Interest in markets, small business, and local events is a strong asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.62-$22.83 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
