Specializing in design build, light civil, light industrial, institutional, and commercial building construction, Miners undertakes a diverse range of projects. **Construction Project Coordinator**:
**Skill Sets Required**:

- Strong construction site experience and/or proficient in Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Word
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid drivers license

**Additionally Considered Assets**:

- Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, PMP or A.Sc.T
- Knowledge of NBC design and NECB requirements
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with estimating software like Sage Timberline

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess site conditions and propose solutions for clients, collaborating with Project Managers, subcontractors and design professionals
- Utilize on-site experience for effective problem-solving
- Support Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Logistics Coordinator in various project tasks
- Assist in construction estimates, scheduling, material procurement and change management
- Foster a positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture
- Cultivate trust and positive relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Suppliers, and Trades

**What we offer**:

- Permanent office position in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
- Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, based on experience and expertise
