ABOUT INFINITY

Infinity Properties is one of the premier residential developers in the Fraser Valley and we are looking to grow our construction team Over the past 18 years, we have provided over 2,500 single and multi-family units to new and excited homeowners and our mission is to continue and expand this tradition.

Infinity currently develops, builds and sells approximately 100 residential units and between 70 and 100 single family lots each year with the goal of increasing this production year over year.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a LABOURER for Infinity Properties, you are responsible for various labour tasks that contribute to the successful execution and quality completion of a project. You will approach your work with a great attitude and be eager to learn new skills.

General Work to include but not be limited to the following:

- Carry out your work in accordance with WCB regulations and Infinity Properties safety program
- Report any observed hazards to your direct supervisor, the project CSO and/or the Site Superintendent
- Submit time sheets with a clear description of work
- General clean up of the project site
- General clean up of the suites, through the various stages of construction
- Concrete slab prep activities such as grading, vapour barrier and rebar installation
- Moving and organizing of materials and equipment on site
- Moving and organizing of materials for individual units
- Assemble and take apart temporary structures
- Install materials for the protection of work
- Assist with receiving deliveries and accurately submitting associated packing slips
- Load and unload construction materials
- Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labour when necessary
- Assist trades when instructed by direct supervisor or Site Superintendent
- Miscellaneous carpentry as directed
- Operate and care for construction equipment as directed
- Inventory of building materials or equipment as directed

WHAT YOU BRING

You will ideally bring the following qualifications:

- Possess a valid drivers license
- Provide own tool pouch and small hand tools
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to perform physical work
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Hard working with a great attitude
- English language proficiency is required
