Create buzz and excitement, as well as provide an outstanding and personalized guest experience. Increase guest loyalty by building a client network and promoting events and products. Manage the needs of guests with a smile, bring stellar listening skills and create a warm, comfortable dining experience guests will remember. Position reports to the Outpost Chef.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintains and demonstrates expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.
- Takes orders, expedites and serves food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
- Participates in promotional activities including social media, events and photo sessions.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of server areas, tables chairs and other areas of the kitchen and service areas
- Assisting in kitchen and dish area during slow periods or as needed
- Experience in a similar high-volume restaurant (casual dining) environment.
- Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.
- Smart Serve certified (Optional)
- Effective public speaking skills and presence.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray.
- Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items.
- Passionate about delivering experiences that exceed guest expectations
- Proven time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as required,
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
