Greet and welcome patients, visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Schedule, confirm appointments and manage the clinic's calendar

Answer phone calls, text messages and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

Verify patient insurance information and process payments and claims (online or manually)

Maintain patient records, confidentiality, spreadsheets and ensure accuracy of information

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow

Other administrative duties and scheduling on clinic software as assigned

Call outs to follow up with patients, excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus

Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting will be helpful

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
