**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize market share.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee store management functions, ensuring optimal customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales initiatives with marketing efforts.
- Conduct interviews for new sales team members, ensuring the recruitment of top talent.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding sales performance and strategic recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within a retail or service environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis related to sales operations.
- Ability to supervise a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior that can inform strategic decisions.

Pay: $33,500.00-$159,285.66 per year
