**Shipping & Receiving **ensures any necessary materials will be delivered in a safe and efficient manner. They are responsible for loading and unloading inventory, managing, and cataloguing inventory, along with operating different types of machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange daily delivery schedule for company driver(s), including directional maps.
- Effectively maintain total movement of inbound product.
- Identify and resolve problem areas with incoming materials and equipment (i.e., incorrect quantities or damaged goods).
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and products.
- Ensure receipts are received promptly and delivered to production.
- Report any discrepancies with the Purchasing Team immediately.
- Control stock movement and accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts daily.
- Accurately identify materials visually and by product number.
- Operate forklift truck, load, and unload outgoing and incoming deliveries.
- Answer inquiries and questions regarding orders and their location.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards and Company Policies.
- Maintain a clean work area. Clean through effective housekeeping.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years work experience in a similar setting.
- Crane Operator experience - Preferred.
- Forklift experience - Preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Good physical coordination.

**Education**:

- High school diploma is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on warehouse/inventory experience - Preferred.

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**:

- Ability to work well with numbers.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.

**Working Environment**:

- Manufacturing workshop condition.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, heat, noise, and vibration.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Travel - none.
- Overtime as needed.
