Receptionist (Part-time)

Our office is located in City Centre 2, in Surrey’s Health & Technology District, and is a 10-minute walk from the King George SkyTrain station.

This position requires organization and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation while working independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Previous work experience in an office is an asset but not required as full training is provided.

Main job duties:

- Greeting and assisting office visitors, including new clients who are retaining our firm’s services;
- Answering and transferring telephone calls, and taking accurate and detailed messages when required;
- Scheduling and confirming appointments;
- Photocopying and faxing documents;
- Taking payments and issuing receipts;
- Opening and closing client files;
- Filing correspondence into client files;
- Daily opening and closing duties; and
- Other duties as required.
