IT Service Desk Dispatch

The **Service Desk Dispatcher** will support a team of Service Desk technicians to deliver excellent, non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness. This position has frequent contact with customers, direct reports, peers and vendors. The Service Desk Dispatcher will participate in the ongoing dispatch of service level compliance, resolve daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives. The Service Desk Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching on-site technicians when the need arises, assigning ticket budget hours, and ensuring that all Service Desk policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Administration Tasks
- Receiving mentoring and feedback from TL
- Time Sheet Tracking / Notetaking
- Participate in Team Huddles / L10 / 1X1 /Other Team Meetings
- Live & Demonstrate CVS Core Values
Dispatch Tasks
- Locating T1/T2/NOC resources for P1/P2
- Assign New tickets in queue to Service techs
- Scheduling Field Resources for on sites
- Arranging partners for on sites
- Adding new partners into ConnectWise
- Assigning New SMS tickets
- Schedule DOW Calgary on sites
- Assigning Internal IT tickets to appropriate resources
- Merge ticket requests
- Sought Approval for Onsite from Team Leads
- Report ConnectWise general issues to Internal IT
- Reviewing Partner Invoices for Accuracy
- Updating CW Tickets with Partner Notes / Photos
- Call intake from our clients
- Monitoring the helpdesk service board
- Route escalated T2/T3/NOC/DM tickets to proper resources
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Two-years experience with Customer Service.
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, sitting, using a keyboard, and speaking on the phone
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet customer deadlines.
