**About Us**:
Phoenix Rehab is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Burnaby, BC, offering physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, acupuncture/TCM, and clinical counselling. We’re looking for a **dedicated Chiropractor** to join our team as an **independent contractor**. This is a great opportunity for practitioners who want to grow their caseload in a supportive, modern clinical setting with strong marketing and front desk support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide patient-centred chiropractic assessments and treatments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other practitioners (PT, RMT, Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Counselling) to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the clinic’s EMR system (JaneApp)
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (CCBC)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- New grads are welcome to apply

**Compensation**:

- Competitive percentage split
- Front desk administrative support and direct billing to extended health insurers
- Marketing and patient acquisition provided by the clinic
