**Position available**:
Looking for an experienced **Cleaner/General Labourer**

Looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, and able to work with mínimal supervision in the fabrication of high-quality custom aluminum workboats and yachts.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure two shops and facilities are cleaned and maintained in a safe and timely manner
- Assist in shipping and receiving
- Performs grounds keeping functions such as snow shoveling, lawn and garden maintenance
- must be comfortable working from heights ie, scissor lift, ladder, framing equipment
- Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and operated in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Operate forklift/scissor lift, if required and trained.
- Other assigned work as required.

**Requirements**:

- Both indoor and outdoor work are required
- Must be able to balance priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work safely at various heights
- Attention to detail is a must
- Maintain safe work practices
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license

- **4-day work week** (40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm) Hours of work may fluctuate based on business need.
