**Wind Turbine Technician**

**Job Duties**:
Join our dynamic team specializing in turnkey services for major component replacements on diverse wind turbine generator platforms, including Siemens 2.3, GE 1.6, and Vestas. Our expertise covers a wide range of tasks, from major exchanges like Main Bearing, Gearbox, and Generator to smaller components and advanced rigging. As a team member, you'll actively contribute to the inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines, participating in all aspects of installation processes and service operations. Ensure proper care of tools, adhere to manuals, and follow directives from relevant managers, while also complying with reporting procedures for prompt information delivery. Be part of a dedicated team ready to tackle unique challenges in the dynamic field of wind energy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an MCE technician and or OEM Troubleshooting
- Able to work in Canada or Valid Canadian Passport
- Hold valid GWO & OEM certificates.
- Proficient in crane calling and rigging
- Safe working knowledge of Hydraulic and/or bolt-tightening equipment.
- Borescope experience with gearboxes and drive trains
- Generator alignment experience.
- Demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibit reliability and maintain a positive approach towards work and life.
- Ability to work under challenging and inconvenient conditions.
- Willingness to travel 100% and be away from home.
- High eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Maintain a consistent focus on quality and safety.
- Capability to climb wind turbines up to 300 feet and work at heights.
- Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- First Aid, AED, CPR certification.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Experience with S.W.P and G.E. platforms is an asset, but not necessary.

**Job Location**: Southern Ontario; Kingston, Ottawa - Quebec Region

**Job Type**: Full-time

Compensation Range: $40 - $45

Per Diem: $185

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
