**Earthworks Superintendent**

**In the position of a Earthworks Superintendent, we would ask you to do the following**:

- Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
- Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
- Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely

**Sounds challenging and exciting right? Here are a few of the attributes and experience you need to be successful in this position**:
computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as: Microsoft
Office (Excel) Proprietary Software
- A minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent role
- 10 years of Civil construction experience
- Strong communication skills
- Equipment Operator experience, and a background in big earthworks projects
- Must have Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09) Certificate, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II and Leadership for Safety Excellence
- Valid driver's license - Driver's Abstract is required
- Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing may be required
- Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
- Direct the overall construction program of the project.
- Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity
