As a Radon Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and servicing radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers' safety and satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and friendly service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain radon mitigation systems according to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with mitigation systems.
- Conduct radon testing and provide detailed reports.
- Communicate with clients to explain the radon mitigation process and answer any questions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of each project.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with radon mitigation or construction-related trades (plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building systems (ventilation, piping, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and someone who takes pride in their work - We expect the highest quality work, not the fastest
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- During training must have a personal vehicle, lead technicians receive a company truck and gas card
- Certification with C-NRPP or willingness to obtain certification (training provided if necessary).
- We are looking for someone who is self motivated and does not need to be micro managed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- HVAC: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
