We are currently seeking a versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team, responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties and businesses.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the condition and appearance of both residential properties and commercial businesses. You will perform a variety of tasks to address maintenance needs promptly and effectively, while fostering open communication with our operations team to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting regular inspections of properties and businesses to identify maintenance needs
- Performing minor landscaping tasks, such as lawn care, gardening, and snow removal/shoveling
- Completing small repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ensuring that HVAC systems, appliances, and other equipment are in working order
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from the operations team
- Communicating effectively with the operations team to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks
- Performing preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of building systems and equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work, preferably in residential and commercial settings
- Proficiency in basic landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and tools to use while on the job
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform manual tasks as required
