RADical eCoaching is a Toronto based start-up dedicated to providing the growing China youth sports market with top online international sports training and e-coaching. For student-athletes in China who lack access to top coaching expertise and training, we have developed a WeChat digital marketplace featuring top North American K-12 private school sports coaches that provide virtual sports assessment, mentorship and e-coaching to significantly improve sports development

For North American coaches, we provide access to revenue from an additional market (China) and marketing to help recruit top Chinese athletes moving overseas

Tasks will include:

- Help to identify leading online sports training programs in North America, and how to customise them for the China market
- Working on marketing materials for programs
- Finding and contacting potential partners in both Canada and China
- Identifying and communicating with clients in both Canada and China

**Required Skills**:

- Passion for sports and innovative training
- Organization skills
- Strong written communication skills

Flexible hours, with 20hrs per week. Starting ASAP.

**Location**:
Remote work flexibility with an office located in Toronto near St. Claire West subway station

Preference for Toronto location, with potential fit from broader Southern Ontario (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to $15.00 per hour
