As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated **Sales/Project Manager** to join our dynamic team. This role will combine responsibilities from both sales and project management, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from lead generation to project completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Proactively generate leads through various channels including online platforms, phone calls, and networking.
- Introduce and promote our renovation services to potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and partners to ensure a steady flow of business.

**2. Client Interaction & Quotation**:

- Visit clients on-site to assess their renovation needs and provide accurate quotations.
- Customize renovation solutions based on client requirements.
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.

**3. Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract confirmation.
- Maintain records of client interactions and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

**4. Project Management**:

- Oversee renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Ensure projects comply with Winnipeg and other municipalities' construction codes.
- Manage all levels of the project from client orders to the final delivery of services.

**5. Contractor Communication**:

- Obtain and review quotes from contractors, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact between contractors and clients, managing expectations and ensuring project goals are met.

**6. On-Site Oversight & Problem Solving**:

- Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Address any issues that arise during projects, adjusting timelines or processes as necessary.
- Maintain open and regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and contractors.
- Ability to assess project requirements and provide accurate quotations.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
