**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conducting market assessments and performing benchmarking.
- Supporting survey data gathering and analysis.
- Conducting general research.
- Producing high-quality statistical analysis and reports (in Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Ensuring data integrity.
- Developing client materials (tools, templates, procedures, forms, etc.).
- Providing support at client meetings.
- Collaborating and supporting other analysts on various projects.
- Performing other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Management, Organizational Development or related field.
- 2 years related experience.
- Experience with data and survey analysis (Likert) an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with statistical methodologies (identifying trends, utilization of the right methodologies, etc.). Development of the appropriate methodologies according to the needs and context of the mandate.
- Ability to translate analysis into non-technical, lay terms.
- Experience in methodologies and processes for managing large data sets.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and rigour.
- Strong communication skills and diplomacy.
- Fully bilingual (English essential).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Occasional travel.
