**Job Summary**

Toronto Redi-Mix is seeking to fill the role of Loader operator who will be responsible for the daily tasks of loading and maintaining stockpiles, which may include physical and manual labour.

**Working Hours**:

- Regular working hours:
Monday - Friday 6:00 am-4:00pm (may require starting earlier or staying later depending on customer needs).

Saturdays 6:00am-2:00pm or longer if needed.
- Overtime required during peak periods and when workload necessitates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate job orders and product specifications; plan for material production and execute product distribution.
- Ensure correct product material is being distributed.
- Organize and maintain an obstructive-free work area, including a clean cab.
- Maintain all material stockpiles in an organized manner.
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on all equipment, check all fluid levels, grease daily, observe all equipment gauges and meters.
- Travel to other sites may be required - mínimal (Concord, Horner).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Competencies**:

- Communicate efficiently and act in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Exercise visual concentration while using equipment, tools and equipment operating (specifically conveyor belts, rollers, vehicle traffic and pedestrians).
- Maintain continuous attention and mental alertness.
- Sustain working outdoors and exposure to extreme temperatures (hot, dry, windy, rainy, cold, wet).
