Sales Associate

## Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to add to our team at Bridgewater Mazda. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for retail sales and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.

# Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs
- Conduct retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products or services
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos when necessary
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store layout
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

# Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Experience in cashiering or handling cash transactions is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus, with fluency in English required

Pay: $20.00-$60.00 per hour
