Since 1983, a.p.i. Alarm Inc. has been a Canadian leader in security and safety solutions. We operate the largest Canadian privately owned monitoring station in the country providing life safety and property protection needs to our clients. We are looking to grow our Sales team

We are looking to bring on motivated individual to focus on customer retention and can work fulltime in our Toronto Office with a goal to retain clients, and achieve loyalty objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service to existing customers, inbound/outbound calls.
- Maintain existing accounts, promoting retention through strong customer relationship.
- Displays retention, upsell & cross-sell techniques for all customers requesting cancellation.
- Develop retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Negotiating with customers to upgrade, renew contracts and retain business.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in inbound/outbound sales and customer retention.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Superior customer service and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Detail oriented and well organized and able to work well with both internal staff members and external parties
- Ability to pass criminal background check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
