Piecework Labourer

TerraPro is seeking experienced Piece Work Builders to join our team in building access mats. This is a full-time position offering a base salary plus performance-based bonuses per mat built.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Build and assemble wooden access mats following company standards.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets for mat assembly.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all TerraPro’s safety regulations, policies and procedures

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in mat building required.
- Minimum daily build targets must be met.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- hand tools: 2 years (preferred)
- mat building: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's Licence (preferred)
