Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative. As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and sales skills.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about salon/spa services and retail products
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with data entry tasks to update guest information in the system
- Analyze guest needs and recommend appropriate services or upgrades
- Upsell salon/spa services and products to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Social Media & Shopify knowledge is an asset
