**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with specific needs related to dementia care or hospice care as required.
- Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to create personalized care plans.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices in home care settings.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia, or those requiring hospice care is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A clean background check is required prior to employment.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or relevant caregiving certifications is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $177.11-$184.57 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
