Home Stager

Ben and Britt at home is a fast growing design company looking to grow our team We specialize in high end renovations, Interior Design and Staging. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to make sure our customers homes are everything they have ever dreamed of. We are looking to add a Part Time Home Stager to our team but working towards a full time position. We are looking for a hard working, energetic self starter who is excited to grow with us and will thrive within our team

As a Professional Home Stager, you will be faced with new challenges every day, while delivering the highest level of customer service. Our ideal team member must have the ability to work quickly under pressure and understand design & scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use our furniture/decor to design a cohesive space for our clients
- Prepare accessories, wrapping and transport to the property from warehouse
- Setting up and styling rooms as well as De-staging - remove and transport accessories to warehouse
- Working alongside lead stagers so support smooth execution of stages
- Hanging artwork/mirrors
- Building beds, and furniture as needed
- Support upkeep of warehouse standards and support overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Keep track of inventory used in jobs as well as organize and maintain warehouse, schedule movers and coordinate with clients and other partners.
- Meet with clients to do initial consult on space and be able to conceptualize a fully designed space

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in designing, staging or similar field required
- **Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required as well as personally owned vehicle to commute to/from warehouse and/or customer residences.**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills required with both team members and clients
- Must be highly organized and driven and have great customer service skills
- Must have strong initiative, be a quick learner and be able to get things done independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, eager about continuous self - improvement
- Strong ability to work under a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
- Willing to perform manual tasks associated with the home staging process moving furniture, hanging wall decor, packing, organizing, etc Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds

**Schedule**:

- **Full Time**

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
