CanWest Construction is seeking to hire a Construction Foreman / Supervisor to fill a full time position within the excavation and basework divisions of the company.

We are seeking a motivated individual that is capable of working in a fast paced environment, and displays good leadership skills.

Must have a minimum of 3 years Supervisor experience, and hold a valid minimum class 5 license.

Must have experience operating heavy equipment, as well as an understanding of general company safety procedures and policies.

We offer a full benefits package after 3 months of employment, as well as a full time company work vehicle.

Site locations are typically within Winnipeg & surrounding areas, with the occasional site within 3 hours of Winnipeg.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
