We are committed to a diverse and sustainable future. **Vision**: “We create value for people and places”. **Our Core Values***: - **Trust**: - **Ambition**: - **Collaboration**: - **Ownership Mindset**: - **Having Fun** **About the Position**: The Regional Administrator will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for managing the office administrative functions and property management cycle for an assigned portfolio of residential buildings. **Key Responsibilities**: **Resident Relations** - Ensure a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to residents, thereby ensuring that Hazelview is a landlord of choice - Provide information to residents and ensures all resident concerns are acted upon in a timely manner - Maintain good resident-landlord relations **Office Administration**: - Will be required to coordinate office administration tasks including ordering office supplies, organizing, and accurate and submit to lease administration at head office for entry - Provide various team members with lists of leases coming up for renewal - Ensure terms of the lease agreements are met and administers damages/security deposits and charges - Assist Regional Managers on any pending projects and assignments **Accounting**: - Assist with the purchase order and invoicing process, where needed - Process Capital quotes, prepare purchase orders and include in tracking sheet - Monitor and process petty cash expenditures - Facilitate reports and reviews of rent rolls and aged receivables as required, with follow-up actions taken to ensure timely payment of rent is encouraged - Oversee the commission payments for team members, ensuring reports are accurate and being processed properly and within a timely manner - Process monthly Credit Card reconciliation reports **Job Requirements**: **Education and Experience**: - Degree/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience - 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Experience with Yardi would be an asset - Experience in a customer service role would be an asset - Exposure to the Property Management Industry would an asset. **Qualifications**: - Actively championing diversity and inclusion - Commitment to "Best in Class" Customer Service - A professional demeanour with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
