We are currently seeking a Systems Analyst - P6 to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

**Job Duties**:

- Provide level 2 support for P6-related issues, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolution of technical issues related to P6 software and its components.
- Perform regular maintenance of servers and databases for P6, including patching, data clean up, and optimization to ensure the smooth functioning of the software.
- Conduct regular health checks to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become critical.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to P6 software.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for P6-related support, maintenance, and health checks.
- Continuously monitor and analyze P6 performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new P6 features and functionalities and provide training and support to end-users.
- Provide technical support for various integrations like Maxavera, Cleopatra, Ecosys, and others.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest P6 software releases, patches, and upgrades, and evaluate their impact on the software and integrations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support for P6 software and its components.
- Experience in regular maintenance of servers and databases for P6, including patching, data clean up, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of P6 architecture and its components, including WebLogic, Oracle Database, and Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with P6 performance monitoring and analysis tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- Experience in supporting integrations with other systems like Maximo, Maxavera, Cleopatra, Ecosys, and others.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Certification in P6 software administration or related field is a plus.
