**Assets and Qualifications**:
**-**Previous experience and English speaking proficiency is an asset
- Physically able to conduct repetitive movements including but not limited to standing, walking, squatting, kneeling and lifting a maximum weight of 25 pounds.
- Team-work attitude and approach to work
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.

2. Maintain healthy environment by practicing Best Practices in Environmental

Cleaning Practices and Infection Control Practices.

3. Be knowledgeable of Health & Safety and Emergency Procedures.

4. Maintaining resident suites including cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.

5. Ensure upkeep of residents areas

6. Clean and sanitize residents' bathroom including all fixtures, tiles, floors, vanity

and mirrors.

7. Clean rooms vacated by residents and prepare rooms for incoming residents.

8. Collect garbage and recycling from residents' rooms and other areas of the

residence and dispose of it in accordance with set procedures.

9. Collect soiled laundry and deliver clean laundry according to the schedule.

10. Make and change bedding according to the schedule.

11. Clean, restock and organize housekeeping cart as needed

12. Report malfunctions in equipment and repairs needed to Maintenance

Department.

13. Assist with maintaining adequate stock of house cleaning suppliers.

14. Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**:Part time, including every other weekend.

**Salary**:$19.37 to start

Pay: From $19.37 per hour
