**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Infant Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic and world-class team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for Blüm students, fostering their development through engaging Montessori and Reggio educational experiences. You will work closely with students, families, and team members to ensure a positive learning experience that promotes growth and development.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate weekly lesson plans that align with educational standards and Blüm's proprietary blend of Montessori and Reggio.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Observe and assess student's progress, providing feedback to families.
- Encourage social interaction and cooperation among students through group experiences.
- Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Ensure compliance with AHS health and safety regulations within the classroom.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated relevant experience educating in licensed childcare organizations
- Certified Level 3 ECE from the Government of Alberta
- Police Clearance Check in the Vulnerable Sector
- First Aid & CPR (B) Training / Certification
- Alberta Health Services Food & Safety Basics Certificate
- Montessori certification an asset but not required

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
