**Who are We?**

Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services in Nova Scotia. We are continually growing and are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team We have done many premier maintenance and design-build landscape projects like Argyle and Spring Garden streetscapes, Queen’s Marque and the Peggy Cove’s Viewing Deck.

**Who are You?**

A driven, hard-working person with experience or education in managing construction projects, that is looking for a new opportunity and wants to help grow our business. You must be a great communicator, quick learner, problem solver, be committed to working long-hours when needed and don’t mind doing what needs to be done to get the job finished.

2 years experience in commercial construction or a graduate from a CMT or similar post secondary institution is required.

**What will you Own?**

The Project Coordinator is a key position in the company and assists the Project Managers in leading crew members to successful and profitable projects. They will be responsible for:

- Maintaining project documentation: contractual agreements, change orders, project costs
- Procurement and tracking of long-lead time items
- Issuing purchase orders for materials & products
- Maintaining project logs and daily submittals
- Attending project handovers and debriefs
- Attending project meetings and taking meeting minutes
- Assisting Project Managers in managing human resources of crews; including recruitment, hiring, training, policy and process enforcement
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating jobs from contract award to completion of project
- Assisting in submitting and preparing estimates
