**Job Summary**:
The St-Hyacinthe plant, located in Quebec, Canada, employs 250 people and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It produces renowned brands from Yoplait and Liberté. In a dynamic business environment, this plant is committed to quality, performance, and innovation. The plant manager plays a key role in establishing and maintaining a culture of manufacturing excellence. They serve as the liaison between the plant and the business and supply chain teams of Yoplait Liberté Canada, being responsible for the overall management of the plant, including production, quality, safety, and compliance with environmental standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Coach, inspire, and develop all team members to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
- Create a culture of collaboration, initiative, and continuous improvement.
- Foster an environment where every employee is supported to reach their potential.

**Performance Management**:

- Ensure the achievement of the plant's objectives by implementing standardized processes.
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

**Compliance and Regulation**:

- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and provincial and environmental regulations.
- Optimize performance while protecting employee health and the environment.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Serve as the interface between the plant and business units, coordinating activities to support growth and continuous improvement.

**Budget and Strategic Management**:

- Develop, manage, and monitor the plant budget to ensure profitability.
- Identify and implement operational improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

**Stakeholder Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and other departments to foster collaboration.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
- At least 8 to 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food sector.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent knowledge of safety standards, quality, and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
