We are looking for an exceptional Student Community Associate to lead our Canadian campus efforts. You will be a key member of the Canadian expansion and in a unique position to experience firsthand what it means to launch a new country

This is a one year contract role located in Toronto, Ontario or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, mentoring, and leading a team of Campus Representatives—guiding them to accomplish marketing and partnership initiatives that will grow Course Hero on their Campus. You will use your entrepreneurial mindset and people skills to do whatever it takes to build the community of students who love Course Hero.

**Here are some ways you'll make an impact**:

- Scale Course Hero across dozens of universities in Canada to drive high-quality user-generated content growth and increase our community of students
- Recruit, manage, and lead a team of Campus Representatives
- Mentor Campus Representatives and hold them accountable to their goals
- Develop and launch marketing initiatives tailored for each school and turn best practices into a playbook
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to make key decisions
- Run experiments to test new incentives, marketing campaigns, and events
- Partner closely with peers who oversee other regions across the globe and other cross-functional partners
